Research Use Only (RUO) Disclaimer

All products sold by Baseline Labs are labelled and sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use. No product sold on either website is approved as a drug, supplement, medicine, or treatment under the laws of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that any use of Baseline Labs products outside legitimate research activities, including but not limited to administration to humans or animals, is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification and Assumption of Risk

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baseline Labs, its owners, operators, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, legal proceedings, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• Misuse or improper use of any product.

• Use of products in humans or animals.

• Failure to follow appropriate research handling, storage, or laboratory safety procedures.

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

• Reliance upon information published on either website.

All risk associated with the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, or misuse of our products rests solely with the purchaser.

No Medical Advice

Nothing contained on either website constitutes medical advice, healthcare advice, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations, or professional medical opinion.

Baseline Labs does not provide instructions for human or veterinary use, administration guidance, or health-related claims. Any interpretation or application of product information beyond legitimate research purposes is solely your responsibility.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

By purchasing from Baseline Labs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase Research Use Only products within your jurisdiction.

• You are acquiring products solely for lawful research purposes.

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws relating to the purchase, importation, possession, and use of our products.

Orders, Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted due to the nature of peptides and other lyophilised powders, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims relating to incorrect or missing items must be supported by clear, continuous, unedited video evidence showing the package from its sealed condition through to the complete unpacking of its contents.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baseline Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from or relating to the use or misuse of either website or any products purchased from us, including but not limited to personal injury, financial loss, business interruption, loss of data, or legal consequences.

Baseline Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, decline or cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict access to either website where misuse, suspected fraud, policy violations, unlawful activity, or other suspicious conduct is identified.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
