For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy, Baseline Labs refers to both baselinelabs.fit and baselinelabs.is. Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies equally to both websites and any products or services offered through them.

Baseline Labs does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. All sales are final.

This policy exists for health, safety, and product integrity reasons. Our catalogue consists primarily of peptides and other lyophilised powders, which are highly sensitive to handling, storage conditions, temperature, and exposure. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and therefore cannot guarantee its integrity or safety.

For these reasons, returned products cannot be restocked, resold, or reused under any circumstances, including where products remain unopened or appear unused. Accepting returns would compromise our quality standards and may pose unnecessary risk.

Incorrect or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order or items are missing, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any claim relating to an incorrect or incomplete order must be supported by clear, continuous, unedited video evidence showing the package from its sealed condition through to the contents being fully unpacked. This requirement enables us to verify packing accuracy and investigate claims fairly.

Claims submitted without sufficient video evidence may not be accepted.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives with obvious external damage, we recommend photographing the package before opening it and retaining all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved. Where appropriate, we may request photographs or video to assist with our investigation.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Baseline Labs through baselinelabs.fit or baselinelabs.is, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy and understand that, except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final.
